1. Purpose of This Policy

 

This Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy is established to maintain the value and integrity of Inheritance: The Seven Pillars of Biblical Wisdom, and the Altars of Yah series, prevent price-undercutting by unauthorized resellers, support fair competition among approved retail partners, and ensure consistent pricing across global markets and sales channels. This policy applies to all resellers, distributors, retailers, and online sellers advertising or offering any of these titles for sale.

 

2. Official Retail Price (MAP Price)

 

The official minimum advertised price for ALL titles

 is:

 

 • $27.95 USD (Paperback Edition)

 

• ____________________ USD (Hardcover Edition)

 

No seller may advertise or offer this title below the MAP price without written permission from Hear O Israel Ministries.

 

3. Scope of Enforcement

 

This MAP Policy governs all forms of advertised pricing, including Amazon marketplace listings, Ingram-affiliated retailers, online bookstores, third-party websites, automated repricing systems, used/new resale listings, and global marketplace listings. Private, non-advertised discounts (e.g., individual ministry bulk purchases) are permitted and not covered by this policy.

 

4. Unauthorized Sellers

 

A seller is considered unauthorized if they:

 

 • Are not approved directly by Hear O Israel Ministries;

 • Are selling inventory not obtained through recognized wholesale channels;

 • Are listing ‘new’ copies priced below MAP;

 • Are listing ‘used’ copies without lawful possession;

 • Are engaging in dropshipping or automated repricing bots;

 • Are misrepresenting the condition or format of the book.

 

Unauthorized sellers are subject to immediate enforcement action.

 

5. Violations

Any advertised price below MAP constitutes a violation. Examples include: Amazon listings under $27.95, third-party listings at lower prices, mispriced ‘used-like new’ copies, listings created by repricing bots, or international sellers undercutting U.S. MAP. Violations will be met with corrective action.

 

6. Enforcement Actions

 

Hear O Israel Ministries may take the following actions:

 • Report the seller to Amazon for price manipulation or counterfeit activity;

 • Request Amazon to remove the violating offer;

 • Revoke authorization to resell for any seller previously approved;

 • Issue cease-and-desist notifications for repeat offenders;

 • Take legal action for trademark or copyright misuse if counterfeit or fraudulent inventory is involved;

 • Notify IngramSpark or other distributors of reseller misuse.

 

7. Relationship to Amazon & IngramSpark

 

This MAP Policy does not limit Amazon’s internal discounting practices; however, it governs third-party sellers and protects the integrity of the retail price across Amazon Marketplace, IngramSpark distribution partners, independent retailers, and international marketplace sellers. Amazon retains the right to discount the publisher’s list price, but third-party sellers may not advertise below MAP under this policy.
